RESPIRO - Monitoring air quality
The first field testing campaign of RESPIRO has kicked off in Rome. This portable air quality monitoring device was developed through a collaboration between ROAD, the University of Milano-Bicocca, and XEarPro Srl.
The project combines scientific research with hands-on experimentation, actively involving young participants from the ROAD Academy in a data collection journey through the Ostiense district. The goal is to gather real-time data on major air pollutants and analyze their variation in relation to movement and the urban environment.
In the video, Ludovica Beltrame (ROAD) and Damiano Salvati (Acea) share insights into the initial stages of this experimental campaign.
