STAKEHOLDERS ALLIANCE
ROAD's objectives include exploring and creating value through relationships in order to contribute to its evolution with partnership activities, positioning, analysis and interpretation of big data. The aim is to unite reality and the digital world in order to bring people and organisations together and share topics on the ecological and digital transition.
PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES
- Knowledge Sharing: ROAD LAB: creation and consolidation of the culture on the topics of Venture Building and Data&AI with +15 companies; planning and launch of the Master in Design Thinking and Innovation Management in cooperation with NABA (Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti); training pathways for ROAD network companies.
- Collaboration of Ecosystems: Partnership with the international district AMS (Amsterdam Institute for Advanced Metropolitan Solutions) for joint projects on mobility and urban regeneration; activation of first on-site ROAD PhD; signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with national and international strategic partners (Accenture, Kilometro Rosso, Consorzio Elis, NABA, OPINNO).
- Positioning & Identity: Development of Linkedin and Website touchpoints as storytelling and target engagement channels and showcases for corporations; attendance in associations (e.g. IASP - International Association of Science Parks) and national and international events (e.g. Innovation Roundtable) to promote ROAD and attract opportunities.
