Francesca Castelli is an HR Manager with solid experience in the energy sector, gained both in Italy and abroad.

She has developed strong expertise in human resources management and development, training, change management, and digital transformation, having worked first in consulting and later in Eni and other Group companies. She has also been involved in Sustainability and D&I projects, areas in which she has a particular interest.

She holds a degree in Business Administration and completed an MBA at Eni Corporate University / SDA Bocconi, along with several leadership development programs, including the Human Digital Master (ELIS) and Evolutionary Leadership (Bloom). Deeply committed to social engagement, she firmly believes that to “make things happen” one must first believe in them and be willing to step up personally.
