From September 15 to 21, 2025, Rome Future Week returns as the largest event dedicated to the future, innovation, technology, sustainability, and inclusion. The festival will bring together institutions, companies, associations, and organizations from across Italy, with over 400 events in more than 160 venues including historic buildings, parks, universities, labs, coworking spaces, and more.

Organized by SCAI Comunicazione srl Società Benefit, Rome Future Week is a citywide festival exploring the theme of “Mutations”: the profound transformations of our present—digital, social, physical, and sensory—driven by the convergence of technology, artificial intelligence, environment, art, and science.

Throughout the seven days of the festival, attendees will find talks, workshops, podcasts, round tables, conferences, hackathons, and other experimental formats designed to spark dialogue on key topics such as AI and work, health and well-being, financial innovation, education, smart cities, environmental sustainability, tourism, mobility, communication, creativity, and startups. It will be a unique platform to share new perspectives and foster connections among diverse players—from public institutions to emerging talents, from peripheral areas to city centers.

The event is free of charge and takes place across the entire city, making a wide range of initiatives accessible to a broad and diverse audience.
